There will be a ski waxing demonstration before the Chili Cook-Off. It will begin at 5 PM, and Karen Petit will be giving the demonstration. Karen is a former racer and professional ski instructor, so she knows a lot about waxing skis.

It should be most informative, so if you are interested in learning how to wax your skis, please come.
