Craft Beer Tour – Akronym Brewery Tour (Medina) – Note Change of Location
The 5th Craft Beer Stop will be at the Medina location for Akronym and will include a tour of the brewing process!! (Note: this is a change of location! Medina has better food and much better parking!). Join us on Thursday, August 29 from 6 pm to 8 pm. This penultimate stop on the tour (we’re at Missing Mountain in September) is a first for the CBT. This year we’ll tour the mini brew house at the Medina Akronym site (5121 Buehlers Dr., Medina, OH)). The tour includes a specially prepared menu ($20) for CVSSC that includes a free beer (or wine) with subsequent beers for $4/ wine for $7. More details coming to you in a special Evite!

Tim’s Towpath Challenge #7 – Wilbeth Road to Vanderhoof

This leg of the Towpath Challenge will start at the Wilbeth Rd Trailhead and head south to Vanderhoof Rd and back. The ride starts at 4:00 pm.
Following we will meet at The Upper Deck 357 West Turkeyfoot Lake Road.
Tim’s Towpath Challenge #6 – Memorial Parkway to Wilbeth Road /Lunch @ Lock 15
The 6th leg of the Towpath Challenge will start at Memorial Parkway (499 Memorial Pkwy) and head south to Wilbeth Road and then return. Ride starts at 10:00 am.
Food and Drink to follow at the wonderful Lock 15 Brewery in Akron.
Tim’s Towpath Challenge #4 – West Side Market to Canalways Visitor Center to West Side Market (Janie’s Ride) / CBT #2
What a group effort! Janie and Tim have coordinated to make Janie’s Ride part ot the Towpath Challenge! Great teamwork, guys! THE ROUTE HAS CHANGED. We will start and end at the West Side Market. And Mike has included Janie’s beloved Great Lakes Brewing Company as a CBT stop!
For the ride, meet at West Side Market on the east side of the market. West 24th street and Market Avenue. The ride will take you to Canalway Center, then we return to West Side Market. Food and Drink to follow at the Great Lakes Brewing Company, 2516 Market Ave., Cleveland.
As always, feel free to join us at Great Lakes Brewing, even if you don’t ride!!
